What meals are included:
3 night room package include meals from Dinner Friday Night through Breakfast Monday Morning.
2 night room packages include meals from Dinner Friday through Lunch Sunday. If you wish to only stay 2 nights but still want to see the Closing Ceremony, individual meal tickets are available for Sunday Dinner.
Asheville Area Residents only get Lunch and dinner.
What are the Add-On Activities?
The Add-On Activities are programs offered by the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly. The are staffed by trained YMCA Personnel.
Here are some examples of available activities.
Alpine Tower: The Alpine Tower is a 50’ tall, self-supporting structure that provides unique challenge experiences for campers. The design contains both high and low challenge course elements. Closed-toed shoes are required for this activity. Ages: 5+.

Archery: The archery activity introduces campers to the sport. YMCA staff run a safe group program in where the goal is to hit the bullseye. Participate in basic shooting and scoring techniques on an open field range. Limit: 24 people per session. Ages: 5+.

Indoor Climbing Wall: One of the Gyms at the Blue Ridge Assembly is outfitted with an indoor climbing wall. YMCA staff members make sure everyone is suited up in a harness, then is belayed while climbing the 25 ft. wall. Closed-toed shoes / tennis shoes are required for this activity. Ages: 5+.

Odysee Challenge Course: Dual Level (22’ & 33’) linear high ropes course offering six elements, including a zipline, for teams of two and eight.
Ages: Middle School – Adult

Group Initiative Games
Experience a mix of thought-provoking team-building activities with fun and energizing group games.
This activity must be pre-paid with camp registration.
Crafts: YMCA staff members help campers with several different craft options. Campers go to the Heritage Art Studio during the afternoon family time and make a craft. Craft Room projects range from beginner to advanced-level, are priced from $2-$25, and can take anywhere from a few minutes to the whole 2.5 hours allocated in our schedule. This activity is paid for upon completion of the class because of the different costs of the crafts.
